1.General introduction

Welcome to Space Casino!

Space Casino is proud to offer the most exciting online sports betting and casino available today.

Note: To help you with these terms we’ve added some notes in plain English. These are not legally binding but everything else on this page is.

Space Casino is owned and operated by STech Technology UK Limited, a company incorporated in United Kingdom with company number 10897880 and whose registered address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. We are licenced and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 51276.

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Complaints Policy, and all other policies mentioned herein) set out to tell you more about us, the service that we offer and your rights and obligations.

By selecting the "I am at least 18 years of age and I have read, accept, and agree to the Terms and Privacy policy”, you are agreeing (or will be deemed to have agreed) that you have read, understood and will be bound by these Terms.

You will be notified about any substantial changes in the Space Casino's Terms. You will need to accept the changes to be able to continue having an active account. All previous Terms are cancelled. Should you not wish to continue using our services after any change, you should contact our Customer Experience team, request a withdrawal of your funds and ask for closure of your account.

2. Definitions

  • “You”/ ”Account holder”/ “Customer” - an individual registering for an account with, and/or use any of the products or services offered
  • “Us”/ “We”/ “Our”/ “Space Casino” - brands managed STech Technology UK Limited
  • "Account" - a valid account in your name on our website;
  • "Service" - any service made available to you on the website including but not limited to opportunities to places wagers on sporting and other events and casino games.
  • "Website" - the website with URL spacecasino.co.uk and any mobile versions, including applications of this website
  • “Promotion” - any bonuses, competitions, tournaments or other offered on our website and to a specific customer or group of customers
  • "Force majeure" - refers to any occurrence or condition beyond one's reasonable control which leads to a delay or default in the performance of the affected party's contractual obligation, it includes acts of God (floods, earthquake, volcanic eruptions etc) , government restrictions, wars, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fire, explosions, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
  • The "Regulator" is the Great Britain Gambling Commission, which is a regulatory authority established by the UK Government to licence and regulate gambling in Great Britain. For more information go to www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk
  • A "PEP" is a Politically Exposed Person, meaning an individual who is or has been entrusted with a prominent public function (e.g. Heads of State or of government, senior politicians, senior government, judicial or military officials, senior executives of state-owned corporations, important political party officials).
  • “Terms” - These Terms and Conditions and the Terms, rules and policies referred to in them

3. Your account

3.1 Registering an account

In order for you to be able to place bets and deposit money via our services, you must first register personally with us and open an account. You represent and warrant to us that you are eligible to open an account and acknowledge that you are doing so for entertainment purposes only. Any use of the website for any other purposes or intention is prohibited. You understand and agree that your details may be used by third party processors to verify your details and confirm that you are not prohibited from using our services.

In order to open an account, you:

  • are at least 18 years of age to use our services. Underage gambling is a criminal offence;
  • are required to enter your accurate personal details, such as name, address, and date of birth. All your data is used and protected as described in our Privacy Policy;
  • are to advise us if you are a politically exposed person (PEP);
  • are opening an account for your sole benefit;
  • are not acting on behalf of another party;
  • must be resident in Great Britain;
  • warrant that your funds do not originate from any criminal, illegal or other unlawful source or origin and you warrant that your name does not appear on any international sanction list;
  • are not classified as a compulsive problem gambler, and/or are included (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) on any register or database of excluded individuals under the name with which you register with us, or with any other variant of your name;
  • are to advise us if you are a participant of, or otherwise associated with, an event and you will respect all applicable laws issued by the governing authority that may prevent or restrict your ability to wager on our website;
  • do not already hold an account with us, and acknowledge that we only allow one account per household address, email address, IP address, device, telephone number and payment method;
  • are required to choose a password during the registration process. We encourage all customers to set strong passwords, such as using a mixture of lower case and upper-case letters, numbers, and special characters. It is your responsibility to keep your password secret. You must not share your password with anyone, and Space Casino will never ask you to reveal your password. You will be responsible for any actions carried out through your account if your username and password have been entered correctly, even if this activity has not been authorised by you. You agree to immediately inform us if you suspect that a third party has obtained access to your account;

Note: If your password ends up in the wrong hands then there is a risk of children being able to access gambling or third parties being able to access your account. Password security is therefore extremely important.

  • acknowledge that your registration may be refused, or your account closed at our sole discretion, but contractual obligations already made will be honoured.

Note: Your account with us is to only be used by you. We also require that you use your real name and other details requested, as well as any payment method used on your account is in your name.

3.2 Managing your account

  • You are required to always keep your personal details up to date. If you change your address, e-mail, phone number, or any other contact or personal information, please contact our Customer Experience team in order to update your account information;
  • Your Space Casino account is for your sole benefit; you will not permit any other person, including relatives and friends, to use your account or to benefit directly or indirectly from wagers placed on your account;
  • Your Space Casino account is non-transferable. It is prohibited to sell, transfer, or acquire accounts from or to other customers. Funds cannot be transferred between Space Casino accounts.

3.3 Inactive accounts

Space Casino will consider an account to be inactive (an "Inactive Account") after a period of 12 months after the last account login or activity.

We will contact you at least 30 days prior to your account being deemed an inactive account. You may reactivate an inactive account by logging in.

Before classifying an account as an inactive account, we will attempt to return any outstanding real funds to you, using the last used payment method, except where these terms permit us to withhold payment.

Once an account becomes an inactive account, we will deduct a monthly administration fee of 5.00 GBP from the inactive account, until such a time as the inactive account is no longer in credit or has become active once again.

Note: if you don’t log in for over a year, your account will be charged a monthly fee that is taken from your balance. Don’t worry we will attempt to return your balance prior to this as well sending you a few reminders before that happens.

3.4 Closure of your account by you

  • If you wish to close your account, you may do so while logged in, at any time, or by requesting a closure by contacting our Customer Experience team.
  • You remain responsible for any activities on your account until it is closed. Any obligations already entered in to will be honoured.
  • If you have any funds in your account after closure, contact our Customer Experience team;
  • You may also close your account for self-exclusion reasons, as set out in section 5 in these terms.

3.5 Suspension and closure by us

In line with our regulatory obligations, we utilise fraud prevention software and undertake Responsible Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering checks and monitoring. In circumstances where you fail these checks or are found to be in breach of any of these terms, Space Casino reserves the right to suspend or close your use of our services at any time, and with no obligation to provide reasons for doing so. Some of the reasons we may have to suspend/close an account are if:

  • We have reasonable concerns that you have problems with your gambling;
  • You become bankrupt or similar;
  • We identify any multiple accounts;
  • We have knowledge or reasonably suspect you use our services, including your account, for any illegal purpose, activity or transaction (for example, money laundering, funding of terrorism, identity theft, misrepresentation of identity or identity fraud or payment fraud);
  • We have reason to believe or suspect that you are involved in collusion or cheating of any kind in relation to your use of our services;
  • You provide incorrect, misleading and/or misrepresentative information during the account registration or any subsequent verification process;
  • We discover or reasonably suspect that you are resident in, or you are located in, any jurisdiction other than the accepted;
  • The name registered on your account does not match the name on the payment method/s linked to that account;
  • You allow (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use your account;
  • You use our services other than for your own personal, non-commercial use;
  • You use threatening or abusive language in any communication with us, or in your interactions with other users of our service
  • We have knowledge or reasonably suspect that you are involved in match fixing, collusion with others or another form of cheating, or illegal/fraudulent activity, manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other forms of abuse and in such instances, we reserve the right to make a report with our regulator, the applicable sporting authorities, or any other appropriate authority;
  • We have knowledge or reasonably suspect that you have corrupted the website with a bug, malware, virus, DDOS attack or similar or have attempted to do so, and we reserve our rights to recover any losses incurred by us against you in full.

If we close your account because we discover, or reasonably suspect, that you have breached any of these terms, you will not be allowed to open any future accounts with us. We also reserve the right to withhold all, or part of your Space Casino funds, including any deposits, bonuses or winnings which have been affected by or are in any way attributed to the breach.

We further reserve the right to contact the police and/or make a disclosure to any other appropriate authority.

Note: We are committed to offering our customers a fair and safe place to gamble but take a tough stance when it comes to abuse.

4. Verification and Due Diligence

We are required to verify all our customers' ages and identities to comply with the requirements of our licences, our responsibility to prevent underage gambling and to prevent crime. You will not be permitted to gamble via our services until we have verified your name, address and date of birth.

You understand and agree that your details may be used by third party processors to verify your details and confirm that you are not prohibited from using our services. For further details of how we use your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy;.

We will do our best to automatically verify your details based on the information you submit during the registration process. If we cannot do so you will be required to provide valid identification documents proving your identity, age and address. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:

  • copy of a valid photographic identification document, such as a passport or driver's licence; and
  • copy of a recent utility bill confirming residence, such as an electricity bill, telephone bill etc. (important: the utility bill must not be older than 3 months); and
  • copy of a recent card statement (note: must not be older than 3 months).

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time and require your full cooperation at all times. We may request further documents and other details as part of our due diligence checks, including without limitation, documents related to your payment method/s used, source of funds and/or source of wealth.

You agree to provide all requested documents in connection with these checks. Until we have received the requested documents and completed our checks to our reasonable satisfaction, we will temporarily restrict your account in any manner that we reasonably deem appropriate, including by preventing you from depositing funds in your account, placing any wagers or processing your withdrawals. If our checks cannot be completed, then we will suspend and, ultimately, close your account and may pass on any necessary information to the relevant authorities.

To ensure the information we hold on you is always up to date, we may, from time to time, perform further verification and due diligence checks.

If you are found or reasonably suspected to be under-age we shall return all deposits on the account, cancel winnings and close the account.

Note: We’re committed to provide a safe space for adults to gamble. To do this we verify the identity of our customers using third parties but sometimes we might have to ask you for more information and documentation.

5. Responsible Gambling

5.1 Responsible Gambling Tools

Space Casino is committed to offering its customers a fun and friendly online gambling experience, whilst also recognising that gambling can cause problems for a minority of individuals. For this reason, we actively promote responsible gambling and encourage you to make use of a variety of responsible gambling tools and features to help better manage your account. These include:

  • Tracking your time and spend;
  • Daily, weekly and/or monthly limits;
  • Taking a break, self-excluding or closing your account;
  • A self-assessment test

Space Casino also monitors accounts, and we may choose to contact you or apply restrictions to your account if we identify that you are at risk of gambling harm.

5.2 Self Exclusion

If your gambling has become problematic, you have the option to self-exclude from gambling for a defined period.

On receiving your self-exclusion request, Space Casino will close your account and attempt to return any funds held in your account. All pending bet/s will be honoured, contact our Customer Experience team to request the return of any winnings.

We will also advise you on appropriate counselling and support services, remove you from all marketing materials and provide details of GamStop, the UK’s national self-exclusion etc. We shall not be liable to you for any losses incurred by any further wagers you may place on other accounts.

You will not be able to reactivate your account under any circumstances until the end of the self-exclusion period.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

We are pleased to offer a wide range of deposit methods. Depending on the payment method chosen by the account holder, minimum and/or maximum deposit limits may apply. See our Help page for more details of payment methods offered.

You may not use a credit card, pre-paid card or crypto currency to deposit funds into your account. This includes depositing into your account via a money service business, such as a digital or e-wallet, where the original source of the funds is a credit card, pre-paid card or crypto.

You also may not use any business or personal corporate payment methods to deposit funds into your account.

We process your deposit immediately.

6.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw any and all cleared funds in your account at any time unless we have a valid reason not to process this request, provided that;

  • all payments made into your account have been confirmed as cleared and have not been charged-back, reversed or otherwise cancelled;
  • We have completed any verification and/or due diligence checks, as per section 4 in these terms, to our reasonable satisfaction. Where we have requested information from you to carry out these checks, any delay in providing this information may cause an additional delay when withdrawing funds; and
  • there is currently no ongoing, or (where applicable) completed, review on your account
    Depending on the payment method you choose, minimum and/or maximum withdrawal limits may apply. See our Help page for more details of payment methods offered.

Our aim is to process your withdrawal as quickly as possible. In doing so, we will consider any pre-withdrawal restrictions that may apply and will also adhere to applicable money laundering regulations.

Once cleared, your withdrawal will be processed in up to 24 hours, although this may vary at times.

6.3 General information about deposits and withdrawals

Deposits to and withdrawals from a Space Casino account shall always be made through a Financial Institution or a Payment Solution Provider. Space Casino does not accept cash, nor does it offer credit to customers.

Space Casino is not a financial institution and any funds held in your account will not earn any interest in your favour.

We do not charge you any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. Please note that your payment method may impose fees for which we are not responsible.

In all cases, funds must be deposited from and withdrawn to a payment method in your name and under your control. Should we believe that your account has been funded from a payment source where you are not the named account holder, we shall carry out an internal investigation, and reserve the right not to pay out any winnings made using such funds, as well as to retain your deposit(s), cancel outstanding bets and suspend or close your account. We further reserve the right to contact the police and/or make a disclosure to any other appropriate authority.

6.4 Closed loop

We operate a Closed Loop policy at Space Casino. This means that we send your withdrawals back to the payment method used for your deposits, unless your deposit method doesn't support withdrawals, then the withdrawals are to be sent to a bank account in your name. 6.5 Chargebacks

You agree not to cancel any deposits or make any chargebacks. If we receive a "chargeback" and/or "return" notifications via your bank or a payment solution the account in question will be blocked and we reserve the right to retain any deposits made or balance on your account.

Space Casino does not provide advice regarding legal and/or tax matters. Customers who wish to obtain advice regarding legal and/or tax matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from Space Casino.

Note: We are not a bank, so we can’t give out any tax advice.

7. Protection of Customer Funds

All customer funds are held in segregated bank accounts separate from business bank accounts and certain arrangements have been made to ensure these funds are returned to customers in the event of our insolvency. There is however no absolute guarantee of this.

For UK residents, the above protection of customer funds meets the requirements of the Gambling Commission of Great Britain for the segregation of customer funds at the level: ‘Not Protected - Segregation of customer funds’. Note: We keep the money you deposit with us separate from the money we use to run our business and will try our best to return this to you should the worst happen.

8. Wagers

You may only wager with the available funds in your account. Space Casino does not offer credit.

You must ensure that you understand the details of any wager you make with us. We have comprehensive rules and guides covering all the products we offer.

Once you enter a wager of any kind the funds are instantly taken from your account and the wager cannot be cancelled.

You are making wagers over the Internet. Where you use computer equipment and /or Internet and network connection speeds which are slower than that used by others and/or slower than modern standards it may affect your use, enjoyment and performance of the services offered by us, and put you at a disadvantage compared to others, especially for time-critical events.

9. Errors, Malfunctions and Interruptions in Play

We do our best to provide customers with a high-quality betting and gaming experience, but we cannot guarantee that our services will always perform correctly. Mistakes and errors can occur, technical, human, and otherwise, and you understand and agree that we can only provide our services to you, and you must accept them, in the condition that we make them available from time-to-time.

If you identify any error or malfunction, you should inform us as soon as possible and immediately cease your use of the relevant service.

In the event of a discrepancy between results showing on your display and our software, the results showing on our software shall be the official and governing result.

9.1 Errors

An ‘Error’ refers to a mistake or error that is not exclusively technical, for example the mistaken posting of incorrect odds, the offer of incorrect prices or terms for participation in a promotion or gambling opportunity. Errors can arise from human mistakes, administrative, operational or systems failures and combinations of all of these.

Where such error is made, we reserve the right to settle the bet correctly and pay you such amount that you would have won in normal circumstances or deduct from your account such amount that you would have lost in normal circumstances, or if these options are not possible; return your wager to you.

9.2 Malfunctions

A ‘Malfunction’ refers to where an automated process fails to operate as designed or intended, for example where a piece of computer software produces a deviation from its intended performance specifications or parameters, or where two pieces of software fail to interface or communicate with each other in the correct manner, in either case, failing to produce a correct result. These malfunctions may or may not be apparent to us or to our customers and they may only become known as and when settlement instructions, game outcomes, winnings or cash outs are investigated and analysed retrospectively.

In the event of any malfunction that produces a clearly incorrect result or pay out, we reserve the right to cancel the bet, withhold the winnings and return your wager to your account, and expressly exclude any liability to you.

Should your device malfunction after the bet has been placed and received on our system the bet/s will be accepted. The outcome of the game can be checked after your device or connection are functioning properly again.

9.3 Interruptions in Play

An ‘Interruption’ refers to an interruption in a gambling transaction for any reason, for example, an interruption caused by the failure of the internet or connectivity, or severe latency in communications, or technical failure due to some disaster or unforeseen event.

If a game is interrupted for any technical reason, after a wager has been accepted, the game may resume from the position prior to the interruption and operate as normal thereafter. In some instances, this may not happen, in which case we shall (at our discretion) either return wagers to you or settle the bet manually if the result is known to us.

10. Sportsbook

Betting rules are a part of the terms between us and you. By accepting our terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Betting rules and will abide by them.

The maximum amount that you can win in respect of any a single wager on our sportsbook (including any multiples bet, and any wager on political or other non-sporting events) is £50,000.

Space Casino reserves the right to make changes to the betting limits, pay-out limits and sports offerings.

When placing bets on live events, you may be at a disadvantage to operators or other customers who may have more up-to-date information than you.

In certain situations, errors or mistakes may arise in the odds made available on our sportsbook and/or the pay outs made to you, or in instances where a sports market has not been closed. See section 9 of these terms for more details.

Once a bet has been accepted, it will remain valid, and you cannot withdraw it. It is your responsibility to ensure details of the bets placed are correct.

Cash Out is a feature available on our sportsbook product only. It allows you to lock in a profit or reduce an exposure before an event finish, for which you have already made an existing bet.

Cash Out is not available for all events nor shall it be available at times during an event; for example, Cash Out is unlikely to be available for low profile events and events where the outcome is almost a certainty. You should not place a bet on our sportsbook in reliance on the fact that you shall be able to cash out of your position. Space Casino is not liable if Cash Out is not available for any technical, hardware, equipment and/or software failure and/or for any other reason.

Where Cash Out is available to you it will be indicated on the sportsbook. Space Casino reserves the right to withdraw, disable, and/or suspend the Cash Out feature at any time without notice and for whatever reason.

11. Casino

We offer a wide range of casino games, from leading providers, which are independently tested and certified.

The pay-outs, minimum and maximum bets, which may vary without prior warning, and game rules are all available within the Help or Rules section of each game offered. These rules form part of these terms, and you should read them before placing any wagers on any particular game, and not play the game if you are not happy with such rules.

Some of our casino games require adequate bandwidth for the full enjoyment of the game, and active and timely participation of the customer. It is recommended to have the required bandwidth to play the casino games.

12. Bonuses

Space Casino regularly organises promotions. Specific terms and conditions, which form part of these terms, are defined, and tailored for said promotion. You should read them before making any wagers/deposits specifically for a promotion.

In the event or to the extent of a conflict between these terms and the promotion terms, the promotion terms shall prevail.

Space Casino reserves the right to offer a promotion to a specific customer or group of customers.

Space Casino reserves the right to adjust or end a promotion at any time. In the event of the end to the promotion, all current bets placed pursuant to this offer shall be honoured.

The maximum number of times a promotion can be taken advantage of is limited to one time per customer/household/IP address.

Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the account holder has committed or attempted to commit 'advantage play’, either on their own or as part of a group, Space Casino reserves the right to:

  • forfeit the bonus allocated to the account holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
  • revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the account holder, and/or
  • block access to specific products, and/or
  • exclude the account holder from any future promotions, and/or
  • close the account with immediate effect.

"Advantage play" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using more than one account to claim multiple bonuses
  • Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance outcomes, before switching to normal variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements)
  • Multiple account strategy / proxy account strategy
  • Using a VPN or masking IP Address
  • Artificially manipulating affiliate CPA's or revenue share
  • If you have arrived from a website which promotes gambling in a manner which is in violation of these terms

Note: By 'advantage play’, we mean any actions undertaken to gain an advantage of a bonus or promotion unfairly.

13. Complaints

Should You wish to raise a complaint, we ask that you first contact our Customer Experience team who will be happy to investigate this for you. If you remain unsatisfied, you can raise a formal complaint to the email addresses set out below. Customer complaints must be submitted within 6 months of the issue occurring.

Upon receipt of your complaint, best efforts will be made to provide a resolution within 10 days from the date on which the complaint is received. In certain cases, we may need to extend this to a further 10 days, in which case we will inform you accordingly.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, and your complaint relates to a transaction (or the management of a transaction) you may refer the matter to one of our approved ADR entities, free of charge.

You also have the right to refer the matter via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, who will then forward it on to the relevant ADR entity.

The ultimate resolution of the ADR does not deprive you of the right to pursue the matter in the courts.

Note: We’ll always try our best to resolve your complaint internally, but there are escalation points for you to contact should you disagree with our decision.

15. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

15.1 Limitation of Liability

The account holder understands that the services offered on the website are for entertainment value. The account holder is not required to use the services, and such participation, if elected by the account holder, is at the account holder's sole choice, discretion and risk. The account holder’s interest in the services and the website is personal, and not professional. The account holder enters the website for their sole personal entertainment. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the services and/or the website by the account holder is prohibited.

Space Casino does not acknowledge or accept any liability for damage and/or losses to an account holder and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to the account holder:

  • making deposits to his Space Casino account via a third party’s payment method;

  • requesting withdrawals from his Space Casino account to a third party’s payment method;

  • providing incorrect details;

  • allowing third parties to use his Space Casino account to make deposits to or withdrawals from his Space Casino account.
    Space Casino does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for damage and/or losses to an account holder and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:

  • mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, transaction error, technical failure, technical hazard, registration error, manifest error, cancellation of a game for any reason and/or any other similar event;

  • violation of the Space Casino terms;

  • collusion and/or criminal actions;

  • delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system; and/or

  • loss resulting from any failure of your internet connection and the computer equipment you use to access our services;

The terms and betting rules have been drafted in English. Translations into other languages are made as a service and in good faith. In the event of discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the version which is most beneficial to the Customer shall prevail.
