How do I Self-Exclude?
You can Self-Exclude your account by clicking here when logged in. This will take you to the relevant page, and allow you to confirm the timeframe you wish to Self-Exclude for. Once you have Self-Excluded, you will be unable to gain access to your account for the period chosen. Under no circumstances can a Self-Exclusion be removed.
How long can I Self-Exclude for?
We offer a variety of time frames which can be selected; 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years. Should you wish to extend your active self-exclusion or wish to exclude for another duration than the options available, please contact our Customer Experience team to request this. A Self-Exclusion cannot be removed during its active time.
How do I return following a Self-Exclusion?
If your Self-Exclusion has now expired, and you wish to regain access to your account then please contact our Customer Experience team via email or Live Chat. We will then conduct a telephone call with you to discuss this in further detail, so please ensure you are able to provide an up to date telephone number. Following a positive telephone call, a 24 hour cooling off period will be implemented, and only after this time will you be able to regain access to your account.
What is a Take A Break?
Similarly to a Self-Exclusion, you can opt to take a break, also known as time out, from your account for a range of timeframes by clicking here. However, once your Take A Break has expired, there is no need to contact us as your account with automatically re-open.
How long can I Take A Break for?
We offer breaks for 1 day, 1 week, 30 days and any time up to 6 weeks. If the time required is not available or you wish to extend your Take A Break, please contact our Customer Experience team who can action this for you.
What is a deposit limit?
We offer 3 financial limits which can be added to your account, all covering 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You can select to add 1 financial limit, or all if you wish. You can alter your limits here.
A deposit limit will limit how much you can deposit within the timeframe you have chosen. i.e a £50 30 day deposit limit will mean in the following 30 days you will only be able to deposit £50 into your account – regardless of any withdrawals.
If you wish to decrease a limit, you can action this at any time and it will come into effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit, then a 24 hour cooling off period will apply, and you will be required to confirm you are happy with this increase after that time.
What is a wager Limit?
We offer 3 financial limits which can be added to your account, all covering 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You can select to add 1 financial limit, or all if you wish. You can alter your limits here.
A Wager limit will limit how much you can wager in the timeframe you have chosen. A Wager is a bet. So if you bet £0.20 on a spin, then you have wagered £0.20.
For example, if you have a £50 30 day wager limit, you will be unable to place more than £50 in bets during that timeframe.
If you wish to decrease a limit, you can action this at any time and it will come into effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit, then a 24 hour cooling off period will apply, and you will be required to confirm you are happy with this increase after that time.
What is a loss limit?
We offer 3 financial limits which can be added to your account, all covering 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You can select to add 1 financial limit, or all if you wish. You can alter your limits here.
A Loss limit is a great way to manage your net loss over a period of time. We calculate this net loss based on your bets, minus wins. For example, you may feel that over a 7 day period, you can afford to lose £10, then adding a £10 7 day loss limit will ensure that no further funds can be lost.
If you wish to decrease a limit, you can action this at any time and it will come into effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit, then a 24 hour cooling off period will apply, and you will be required to confirm you are happy with this increase after that time.
Can I remove a financial limit?
You can, however it is not recommended. Removing a limit will result in a 24 hour cooling off period, this allows you 24 hours to reflect on this request and ensure you are comfortable. After this time, please return and confirm or decline your request. If you do not return, then the limit will not be altered until confirmation has been received.
Why can’t I remove a limit?
In some rare occasions, you may have an enforced limit on your account for Responsible Gambling reasons. If you are unaware of this limit, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team who can discuss this further with you.
What is a Reality Check?
Upon registration, Space Casino implement a mandatory 30 minute reality check on your account. This means, every 30 minutes during login, you will receive a notification reminding you of your active time on site, as well as any spend during that time.
Can I remove the Reality Check from my account?
We do not allow the removal of this tool, however, you can increase this up to 60 minutes (maximum), therefore reducing the number of potential notifications.
How do I change my Reality Check?
When logged in, click here. You are able to reduce your Reality Checks to 60 minutes (maximum) or increase the number of checks as often as 5 minutes (minimum). We are unable to remove this helpful tool from your account.
I have spent more than I can afford, what can I do?
We would recommend contacting our Customer Experience team via email or Live Chat to discuss your concerns. It is highly important that gambling is for enjoyment purposes only, however for some, this can become a problem.
We offer a variety of tools on our website, including financial limits, and the opportunities to have breaks from the account – all can be accessed and implemented here. If you are unsure which tool is best for you, please contact us.
We would also recommend reaching out to some of the following companies;

What is GamStop?
GamStop is a UK National Self-Exclusion scheme, which can be found here. It lets you put controls in place to restrict your online gambling activities. Registering with GamStop will prevent you from using gambling websites licenced within Great Britain for the time period you have selected.
I would like to close my account
We are sorry to hear you wish to close your account, however we respect your decision. If you wish to close this then please contact our Customer Experience team via email or live chat, or simply click here when logged in. However, if you feel that gambling is no longer fun, or is effecting you financially or mentally, then we would recommend adding a Self-Exclusion to your account. During an active Self-Exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, and under no circumstances can it be removed until expired.
Can I block a device from gambling websites?
Once you have Self-Excluded from individual websites directly, along with GamStop you can also block individual devices from accessing gambling websites.

https://www.gamblock.com/ - “GamBlock® is a gambling blocking software used to quickly and easily block gambling websites and apps on a range of devices.
I have no financial limits on my account, so why can’t I deposit?
When registering with Space Casino, we use the information you have provided along with open-source data, and calculate a suitable Affordability Limit.
This limit cannot be removed from the account, and is based on your deposits minus withdrawals.
How do I increase my Affordability Limit?
If you feel the limit we have implemented does not reflect your financial circumstances, then please feel free to request an increase in this limit. You can request this when your limit has been reached.
Please note, we are unable to approve an increase in your Affordability Limit until we have received and reviewed documentation to support this, such as a payslip or Tax return.
What is Problem Gambling?
For most, gambling is a form of entertainment and brings enjoyment, however, for a small number of people this can become a problem.
It is important to keep track of your spend, and only gamble what you can afford to lose. If you find yourself spending money which assigned to pay necessary bills, then this will of course result in financial problems.
Track the time you spend gambling, not just with Space Casino, but other casinos too.
Ensure you are aware of responsible and reasonable limits, and implement these on your account before gambling.
Gambling is not a source of income, and is not a way to recoup any losses. Be mindful of the RTP (return to player rate) of each game and cautious that this is calculated over billions of spins.
If you feel that gambling is interfering with your work or personal life, causing you financial stress, or you find yourself thinking of gambling often – then we would recommend taking the Space Casino Self-Assessment test or GamCare Self-Assessment test.
Gambling unfortunately can result in severe losses throughout a persons life, including losing family members or even loss of life.
How can I prevent the Underaged from accessing gambling sites?
We advise and encourage all our customers to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. We recommend that customers install filter software to assist in this, such as that offered by Net Nanny, or one of the other providers listed below. This software will allow customers to restrict internet access for children and young people;
